Christmas Continued...

The Sunday after Christmas we went to Mom and Dad Sessler's house in La Quinta for the "sometimes annual" Sessler Christmas. The Sessler family now has 4 adorable toddler's (and a baby on the way-Alexa will soon be a big sister) to entertain us all...and that they did! Rori (our kid!) was a big hit with the kiddos. They ran miles around each other in the back yard!

Paige, Alexa, Tyler and Sydney...and Rori too!

Tyler looks like such a big boy here, with his ear phones on playing his Nintendo DS.

A ride in the golf cart! Look how cute they are! And look at Tyler...what a ladies man!

Mom, Dad, Bob, Barbie, Ryan, Trina, Alexa, Courtney, Dale, Paige, Sydney, Richie, Tammy, Tyler, Randie and Becky...it was so good to see you all!

Merry Christmas!
We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas full of special memories! We had a great Christmas spent with friends and family. This holiday season has been especially fun because Rob's company closes between Christmas and New Year's and I was able to arrange my schedule to be off then too so we have been able to enjoy the time off together. Enjoy our pics of Christmas and more...
This is our house decorated and ready for Christmas. We got new environmentally friendly LED lights! I love them because they are the same lights they decorate Cinderella's Castle with at Disneyland!!

I tried to take a nice picture...this is the best I was gonna get!

Ahhh...there's a nice one, only because Mom is in control!

Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall and....HOCKEY!
That's right! It's that time of year again. Hockey season...the fifth and most important season in the Sessler house (although I prefer Summer!). For Rob's birthday I got us tickets to see the Ontario Reign, the new minor league team for the Los Angeles Kings (Rob's favorite team!). The Reign are playing at the new Citizen's Buisness Bank Arena in Ontario. The game was a lot of fun and the arena is really nice. I think we decided that the best part was taking side streets all the way there and it taking only 15 minutes! We are excited to go to more Reign games and to see what else will be at the arena...we are hoping for some good concerts!

We thought it was too funny that the Reign mascots were roaming around the stands! I tried to get Rob to take his picture with the Knight in armor, but all the kids beat him to it!

Southern California Wildfires!

Although the biggest wildfire started in Corona, we are safe! The fire is
named the "Triangle Complex Fire," but we have named it "The fire that burned down our first home (apartment) together!" We could see a ton of smoke and flames from our house (the pictures don't do it justice), and have luckily escaped the ashes and smell (for now...however, the wind has shifted and we are starting to smell it!). We also still aren't sure how we are going to get to work tomorrow (or how long its going to take!) because most of the major freeways into Orange County are closed and the trains going into Orange County are stopped! However, so many other people have been horribly affected by the wildfires and we have many friends and some family who may live in the affected areas. Our thoughts go out to everyone!

Happy Halloween!

We recently spent a day with my parents at the Happiest Place on Earth. We love Halloween time at
Disneyland!

Welcome to our blog!
Here is a glimpse into all of the things we did this summer. We were busy and had a blast! In July, we met my best friend Christy and her husband in Las Vegas to see Coldplay and in August we went to the Jack Johnson concert. We spent a weekend in San Diego with my parents where we visited the Wild Animal Park and we spent a couple of weekends in the desert with Rob's parents where the guys golfed and the girls shopped and got massages. We ended our summer with a wonderful 10 days in Cancun where we swam with dolphins, went to a sea turtle farm, visited Chichen Itza, jet skied and yes, we relaxed and ate and drank a lot too!
